Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support and training, including software installations and troubleshooting
Schedule and conduct follow-up appointments to ensure customer satisfaction
Assist with onboarding processes, including terminal installations and software functionality testing
Required Qualifications
Customer service work experience, including phone and email support
Fluency with MS Windows desktop operating systems
Ability to view issues from the customer's perspective
