JOB SUMMARY:
Intuit is seeking an innovative Learning & Development Specialist with a flair for creating impactful learning experiences and a deep understanding of instructional design, adult learning theories, and multimedia tools. This role involves leading the design lifecycle of projects, collaborating closely with subject matter experts and program owners to create engaging, performance-based learning solutions. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, capable of managing multiple projects while ensuring that the needs of learners are prioritized across all content efforts.
