JOB SUMMARY : The Operations Support Specialist provides essential support across both supply chain and manufacturing functions. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in operations, with hands on exposure to ERP systems, production data, and cross functional coordination. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, tech savvy and eager to learn in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities :

• Create and maintain item numbers, BOMs (Bill of Materials) and BOOs (bill of operations) in the ERP system.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across product and process records.
• Assist with order entry, confirmations and tracking.
• Generate reports on inventory, production status and order performance.
• Support date collections for KPIs and operational metrics
• Support data collectiion for KPIs and operational metrics.
• Work closely with supply chain, engineering and production teams to support daily operations.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and system updates.
• Provide administrative support for operational projects as needed.

WORK ENVIRONMENT : This role is primarily office-based. The position requires extended periods of sitting, using a computer and phone.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee must be able to lift and / or move items over 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
