Job description

LocumJobsOnline is working with Greenstaff Medical to find a qualified Neonatal NP in New York!

About The Position

Practice Setting : NICU Level III

Shift :  Long Term - Full Time Coverage - 7 days on / 7 days off 12-hour shifts (days or nights)

Average Number of Admissions Per Day :   0-2 average per shift

Average Number of Patients Per Day :   8-9

Documentation System / EMR :   EPIC

Facility will reimburse for the Following Costs : Flight, Hotel, Rental C

Neonatal Required Procedures :

  • Nursery Level III / NICU
  • Ventilation Management
  • Invasive (ETT)
  • Non-invasive (BiPAP / CPAP)
  • Chest Tube Insertion
  • Exchange Transfusions
  • UAC / UVC placement, LPs
  • Evaluation & Management of Acute Volume / BP Issues
  • Insertion of Central Line
  • Insertion of Arterial Line
  • Diagnostic / Therapeutic Taps

Job Requirements

  • Board Certified - Neonatology / experienced NICU PA
  • Active NY License
  • Must have experience and be comfortable managing patients independently

    • Benefits

  • Hourly Rate : $110 for W2 and $130 for 1099
