Outpatient Family Medicine - $300k, Sign-On, Loan Repayment

We're seeking a BC / BE Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established outpatient clinic in a charming town in Fort Kent, Maine. This is a hospital-employed opportunity that combines rewarding practice with an incredible quality of life.

The Opportunity :

Optional leadership opportunity to help oversee a network of nearby primary care clinics - perfect for physicians looking to grow into clinical leadership
Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend clinic hours
No inpatient responsibilities - supported by a dedicated hospitalist team and 24 / 7 ER coverage
Collaborative, collegial team of experienced physicians and NPs
Modern facilities with strong specialty support, advanced diagnostics, and a new long-term care center
Supportive administration and a well-run system
J-1 and H-1B visa candidates welcome

Compensation & Benefits :

$300,000 base salary plus RVU bonus (negotiable based on experience)
