Now Hiring : Telesales Representatives Community Outreach Agent

This is a 1-year contract role with the chance to work from home! 40-hours per week!

What You’ll Do :

• Make outreach calls to engage Medicaid members and community partners
• Present program benefits and encourage participation
• Manage outreach plans, track progress, and hit engagement goals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure members receive the best experience

Requirements : Outbound call experience, sales experience, customer service, and strong phone etiquette.

Schedule runs Monday through Saturday with days off being Wednesday / Sunday or Thursday / Sunday. Core hours are 9am to 8pm, so shifts may vary. Training will be 9-6.

Remote work, must have strong internet connection in home office. Start date : 10 / 27 / 25
