Join our dynamic team as a Permanent Controls Design Engineer and be part of a leading-edge engineering industry that is shaping the future.

We are seeking an experienced, innovative, and forward-thinking engineer to contribute to our ongoing growth and success.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects, showcasing your skills in PLC Programming, Control Systems Design, Rockwell, PLC Configuration, Preparing Bill of materials, and Automation controls programming.

Your expertise in troubleshooting electrical systems and proficiency in AutoCAD will be invaluable in this role.

Responsibilities :

As a Permanent Controls Design Engineer, you will be responsible for :

1. Designing, programming, and implementing PLC-based control systems for various engineering projects.

2. Preparing detailed bill of materials and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all project-related documentation.

3. Collaborating with other engineers to develop automation systems and solutions.

4. Performing troubleshooting and maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

5. Utilizing AutoCAD to create and modify electrical drawings and schematics.

6. Conducting system tests to validate and verify design and system functionality.

7. Keeping up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends to ensure our systems are at the forefront of innovation.

8. Providing technical support and guidance to other team members.

9. Ensuring all work is carried out in line with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications :

The successful candidate must have :

1. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.

2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the engineering industry.

3. Proven experience in PLC Programming, Control Systems Design, and PLC Configuration.

4. Proficiency in using Rockwell software for control system design and programming.

5. Experience in preparing a bill of materials and automation controls programming.

6. Demonstrable ability to troubleshoot electrical systems effectively.

7. Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating and modifying electrical drawings and schematics.

8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

9. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

10. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.

11. The ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

12. A positive attitude and a passion for engineering.
