Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements and Responsibilities :
- Plans and manages patient care according to each patient’s needs.
- Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
- Communicate with patients and their families.
- Fill Medication Planner.
- Prepares and administers injections and / or enemas.
- Check Blood Sugar if needed
- Monitors catheters.
- Inform the Doctor of any changes or abnormalities
