Position Purpose

We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Engineer I to assist with the maintenance and repair of the hotel’s physical property and systems. This entry-level role is essential to ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for guests and associates. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, takes pride in their work, and has a strong commitment to quality and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance tasks including painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to identify maintenance needs.
• Respond promptly to guest and associate service requests in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and preventive maintenance activities.
• Ensure tools, supplies, and equipment are used safely and stored properly.
• Support the Engineering team in maintaining compliance with all safety and operational standards.
