The Salesforce Project Manager is responsible for overseeing internal Salesforce projects. The Project Manager will use industry and iT1 best practices to achieve all goals set for each individual project they manage. This will be accomplished through clear communication with all project stakeholders, efficient resource allocation, scope, budget, and timeline planning.

Essential Functions

• Drive project discovery sessions to create clear minimum viable product (MVP) requirements.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
• Manage project priorities and create project forecasts.
• Manage backlogs in Jira and act as a scrum-master for projects run on an Agile methodology.
• Manage releases and cutover plans.
• Ensure compliance with customer change controls and SDLC components.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Produce, update, and present project management artifacts : RACIs, Gantt charts, issues list, and risk management matrices.
• Performs other duties, as necessary.
