BirchStreet Systems, an enterprise SaaS company, is seeking a Marketing Programs Manager to develop, execute, and optimize integrated marketing c ampaigns that generate demand, build pipeline , and nurture prospects across the buyer's journey. This person will work cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and account management to create and deliver campaigns that resonate with BirchStreet's ICP .
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, events, and partner channels.
- Build and maintain a marketing calendar, aligning campaigns with product launches, events, and business priorities.
- Leverage tools such as Pardot, LinkedIn Ads, and ZoomInfo to d evelop campaign assets (emails, landing pages, ads).
- Collaborate across sales, product, and account management teams to ensure alignment on campaign messaging and goals
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
- Manage budgets, vendors, internal stakeholders, and timelines to ensure programs are delivered on time and on target.
- Support global and regional marketing initiatives with tailored programs as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Communications, or related field.2 – 3 years of experience in B2B marketing program or campaign management, preferably in the hospitality or SaaS industryStrong organization and project management skills with proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and tight timelines .Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, Salesforce preferred.Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrative ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
