We are looking for a Hardware Maintenance Manager to join our US Product Development team. Our team is responsible for developing next generation 5G network radios for our global customer base.

Candidate will be assigned as HW maintenance manager for radio hardware product development and will be required to manage the hardware aspects of the related projects including schedule, design activities, manufacturing, and start-up / integration activities. Key responsibilities will be participating in design and technical reviews, technical status reporting, and design management. Candidate will have to work in close cooperation with other development, test, and manufacturing teams to ensure high quality product development. Candidate will have to manage the backlogs of customer and internal faults reported for products under maintenance and have to ensure smooth transition from product development to maintenance phase. Act as interface towards sourcing, R&D, customer maintenance, product management and various other stakeholders.
