Job Requirements
">Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Daily preparation, execution and service of all food.
* Daily preparation and clean up of kitchen including all waste management.
* Ensure fast, accurate service, and positive guest relations, always aiming for 100% customer satisfaction.
* Maintain positive relations with all purveyors -- follow proper ordering and receiving procedures for ingredients and supplies.
* Organize and clean walk-ins, reach-ins, and dry storage areas. Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of kitchen.
* Receive and inspect all deliveries for quality and quantity. Maintain inventory.
* Maintain quality and presentation of product.
* Adhere to workplace safety standards and food safety procedures at all times.
* Assist with pick up of product and supplies.
