RealWork Labs is based 100% in the US and headquartered in Austin, TX.

The Role :

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Product Marketing Manager to build and lead the product marketing function at RealWork. You'll be our first dedicated PMMresponsible for crafting positioning, driving go-to-market launches, creating content and collateral, and helping us tell the RealWork story to both prospects and customers.

You'll work cross-functionally with Product & Design, Sales, Customer Success, and our executive team to own the full go-to-market lifecycle. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with a clear path to leadership as we scale.

Responsibilities

• Define product positioning & messaging across RealWork's core offerings (AI websites, review automation, SEO / visibility tools, integrations).
• Lead go-to-market launches for new products and featurescollaborating with Product, Sales, and CS to drive adoption and engagement.
• Create marketing and sales enablement materials (product one-pagers, demo scripts, pitch decks, competitive battlecards, etc).
• Work closely with the CEO to shape our narrative to investors, partners, and internal teams.
• Own ICP development and segmentation, including persona definition and use-case-based messaging.
• Partner with Product to influence roadmap prioritization based on market and customer insights.
• Work alongside GTM team to identify customer acquisition and engagement channels tailored to home service SMBs. You'll play a key role in helping us understand how to connect with this audience more effectively, whether through new channels, formats, or messaging strategies.

The pay range for this role is :

135,000 - 165,000 USD per year(Austin)
