Key Responsibilities :

Implement robust systems for inventory audits and stock rotation to support Unbridled Hospitality Group’s operational goals.  Menu Costing :

Analyze food costs and adjust recipes to meet budgetary targets without compromising flavor or presentation.  Culinary Execution with Superior Knife Skills :

Ensure adherence to recipes and presentation standards that reflect Unbridled Hospitality Group’s unique dining experience.  Training and People Management :
