As the Accounting Supervisor, you will play a crucial role managing the accounting staff and overseeing the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, managing budgets, and improving accounting processes.

You will also work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

What You Will Do :

• Supervise a team of 3 5 Accountants
• Responsible for reviewing and ensure compliance with accounting principles, provide guidance to clients and internal teams, identify discrepancies, and communicate findings effectively.
• Assess the financial performance of client engagements by analyzing project costs, revenue streams, and resources.
• Implement improvements to accounting processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Be a strong tax support for businesses and individuals.

What You Will Have :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Experience in project base accounting
• CPA a huge plus
• 2-3 years of experience
• Forward thinking capabilities not afraid to ask questions to better understand processes and the business
