Service Operations Specialist (Baltimore)

Insight Global is seeking a Service Operations Specialist sitting remotely to support a large electronics manufacturing customer. This role provides technical assistance, manages support tickets, and coordinates Return Merchandise Authorizations and loaner equipment logistics. The specialist will oversee order processing, data entry, and technician support, ensuring timely service delivery and accurate documentation across platforms like SAP and iDemo. Responsibilities also include maintaining product installation SLA's, supporting customer contract transitions, and collaborating cross-functionally to manage custom service agreements. Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset while navigating fast-paced service environments. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, ERP / CRM systems, and Lean principles is preferred.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of customer support, logistics coordination, operations support, or administrative roles
• Familiar with managing service-related tasks with complex processes
• Bachelors Degree
• MS Excel experience
• Strong ERP or CRM experience such as SAP, Salesforce, etc.
• Willing to support business stakeholders across a variety of time zones
