Key Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries
Provide accurate information regarding payments and account statuses

Required Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent
6 months of Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch experience required
Must complete background checks and comply with camera requirements
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated work area are necessary
Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications is required
