Claims Operations Director

A company is looking for a VP of Claims to lead claims operations and enhance customer experience in commercial auto insurance.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction for claims operations aligned with business objectives

Oversee relationships with third-party administrators (TPAs) and manage strategic carrier partnerships

Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to refine technology-enabled claims processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; insurance designations preferred

10+ years of experience in claims handling and management, with a focus on commercial auto

At least 5 years of experience managing internal and external claims operations

Strong knowledge of insurance coverages, claims processes, and regulatory requirements

Experience in insurtech or technology-forward insurance carriers is highly desirable
