Position : Fragrance Specialist

Location : Central Valley, NY (Two openings available)

Pay : $24$30 / hr + benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, employee discounts, and more)

Were seeking experienced Fragrance Specialists to join a luxury retail boutique team. In this role, youll deliver an exceptional client experience, drive sales performance, and represent premium fragrance collections with confidence and passion.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide outstanding customer service and personalized fragrance recommendations
• Achieve individual and store sales goals
• Support in-store events, product launches, and client outreach initiatives
• Partner with management to execute sales strategies and visual standards
• Maintain product knowledge and uphold a high level of professionalism
• Assist with store opening, closing, and daily operations
