Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shop activities, ensuring all work is performed safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with field operations, logistics, and maintenance teams to prioritize and schedule work orders.
• Oversee assembly, inspection, and repair of solids control equipment (centrifuges, shakers, pumps, etc.).
• Ensure all materials, tools, and parts are available to meet production and delivery goals.
• Train, coach, and develop shop technicians to improve performance and skillsets.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to all NOV company policies, safety standards, and HSE procedures.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
• Support equipment mobilization and demobilization as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
