Duration : Full-time, 1 Year contract (With a high possibility of conversion to permanent or contract being extended)

Job Description : As a Senior Engineering Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's rebranding efforts and the processing of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, attend meetings, and provide status updates to management.
While the role is primarily remote, occasional in-office presence will be required for team meetings and presentations.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement strategies for rebranding initiatives and ECO processing.
- Utilize 3M's PLM system to manage documentation and track changes effectively.
- Identify issues and propose solutions related to manufacturing production processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of ECOs and adherence to design control procedures.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including Bills of Materials (BOMs) and process documentation.
- Assist with project scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management using tools such as MS Project and Gantt charts.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and management, providing regular updates on project status and milestones.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the medical device industry.
- Strong understanding of Engineering Change Control processes and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to project teams and management.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including MS Project.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and technical writing is preferred.
- Knowledge of biomedical engineering principles is advantageous.
