Job Description

The role involves developing a detailed knowledge of the local labor market, working with employers to identify job opportunities, facilitating job placements, supporting recruiting efforts, and organizing job fairs and employer events. The position also oversees program activities, ensures compliance with relevant laws, supervises staff, and assists participants in achieving employment and self-sufficiency. Responsibilities include maintaining participant records, conducting regular reviews, coordinating training, and promoting effective communication among partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 2 years' experience in sales, marketing, customer service, staffing, or recruiting in a managerial role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Public speaking or sales experience preferred; bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus.
• Knowledge of local community needs, labor market trends, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
