Intellectual Property Litigation Associate (3–5 Years’ Experience)

Locations : Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto, San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Washington, DC (Hybrid / Flex Available)

A highly regarded international law firm is seeking an associate to join its Intellectual Property Litigation group. This is an opportunity to work with a team at the forefront of complex IP disputes, representing industry leaders at the intersection of law, technology, and business.

Role Overview :

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in intellectual property litigation and is looking to join a collaborative team focused on high-impact work across multiple forums, including district court, PTAB, and ITC.

Key Experience Includes :

Taking and defending depositions

Drafting pleadings and substantive motions

Handling expert and fact discovery

Experience with inter partes review (IPR) and / or ITC proceedings is a plus

Qualifications :

J.D. from an accredited law school

Admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering (or equivalent industry experience in these fields)

Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
