Licensed Mapping Analyst

A company is looking for a Mapping Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

Assign and maintain administrative code set mappings (ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, CPT4, HCPCS) in accordance with production schedules

Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and maintain content per code set updates

Participate in editorial discussions and contribute to team standards and best practices

Required Qualifications

Experience with US-based ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, CPT4, and HCPCS code sets

Associate or bachelor's degree in health information management systems or equivalent experience preferred

A minimum of three years' experience with medical records coding and electronic health records preferred

One of the following credentials required : RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or CPC

Technical expertise in applying and expanding knowledge of code sets and emerging technologies
