Bloodworth Law, PLLC, is an Orlando based business and fiduciary services law firm. Our services focus on Probate and Trust Litigation, Estate and Succession Planning, Probate and Trust Administration, Commercial Litigation, and Corporate Law.
Bloodworth Law has an immediate need for a litigation attorney with 3+ years of commercial litigation experience and / or Probate and Trust litigation experience that is ready to take a significant step forward in their legal career.
Probate administration and estate planning experience are a plus. The attorney must be able to think strategically about their cases and be prepared to be the primary point of contact with clients.

Job offer includes : Annual base salary; monthly client origination bonuses; structured production bonuses; year-end bonus potential;
flexibility of your workspace and location; a signing bonus commiserate with experience level; and negotiable relocation bonus.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney ready to build and manage their own caseload while collaborating with the firm's partners and colleagues to develop the best strategies for the clients.
Requirements :
- 3+ years handling commercial litigation and / or fiduciary litigation
- Self-motivated organizational and time management skills
- Being responsive to clients when they call or email
- Timely reporting to clients the progress of their cases
- Accurately, timely, and ethically recording your time for billing
- Working to better our firm and your work environment
- Must be technologically confident, comfortable using case management systems, and effectively utilize available technology
- Knowledge of Caret / ZolaSuite a plus
- Membership in good standing with the Florida Bar
