What You’ll Do

Provide compassionate, high-quality care to our residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff

Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility

Take and record vital signs, report any changes in residents’ conditions promptly

Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for residents

Work collaboratively with other CNAs, nurses, and team members to provide consistent, reliable care

Communicate respectfully with residents, families, and coworkers to ensure residents receive the best possible care

Qualifications

Current CNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant) certification in Kentucky

Previous experience in a nursing home or long-term care facility is preferred, but not required

Strong work ethic and commitment to providing excellent resident care

Positive attitude, reliability, and a true passion for working with seniors

Ability to work as part of a team in a small, family-like setting
