Reports to : Director of Nursing

Key Responsibilities

Provide daily living assistance : bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, and more

Deliver meals, assist with feeding, and encourage fluid intake

Monitor residents’ health and report any concerns to nursing staff

Maintain resident cleanliness, comfort, and safety

Promote and uphold resident rights with dignity and respect

Follow all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

Maintain confidentiality of resident information

Assist with transport within the facility and other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Current and valid state-tested CNA certification is mandatory

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Physical stamina to meet job demands

First Aid and CPR certification
