Position Summary : Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Cedars of Lebanon

As a Full-Time CNA at Cedars of Lebanon, you will provide compassionate care to residents under the supervision of an RN / LPN. Cedars of Lebanon values CNA professionals who take pride in delivering quality daily care and fostering resident dignity. This role reports directly to the Director of Nursing.

Essential CNA Duties at Cedars of Lebanon

Perform daily living assistance tasks including bathing, grooming, dressing, repositioning, and transferring residents.

Help ensure resident rights are protected, treating all residents with respect and dignity.

Assist with feeding, hydration, and nutrition during your shifts.

Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.

Collaborate effectively with nursing staff and other Cedars of Lebanon team members.

Document resident care accurately per Cedars of Lebanon protocols.

Adhere strictly to all CCH Corporation policies and healthcare regulations.

Report any suspected abuse or neglect immediately.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications for Cedars of Lebanon

Current and valid CNA certification required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well in a team and adapt quickly.

Physical stamina to meet the demands of CNA work.

CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and resident privacy.
