Entry Level Litigation Attorney

Georgia Probate Law Group is looking for an experienced attorney to join our team. The attorney in this position will handle estate and trust litigation cases, as well as estate administration matters. As a result, the attorney candidate must have strong litigation experience to be successful.

• Focus exclusively on practicing law. Complex area of law that will consistently present new problems to solve

The attorney in this position will spend most of their time on fiduciary litigation matters. If you enjoy creative problem-solving in a complex area of the law where you are continually learning new things and seeing new factual situations, you will enjoy this position.

Our attorneys enjoy the ability to work from home or from the office as much as they would like.

Since we work directly for family members of the deceased, the attorney is in a position to make a real impact on real people. Client emotions can run high at time, so having the ability to care about the case while emotionally detaching is an important skill for the attorney to have.

Our team members are positive and great to be around in the office. While experience in fiduciary litigation is a plus, it is not a requirement. We have a training program to help experienced civil litigators learn estate and trust litigation.
