Quantity : 1 Target Start Date : January 26,2025 Shift times : 7 pm-7 : 30am Call Requirements N / A Weekends : Yes General Information Tell us about the unit (s) : Number of Beds – 24 Number of Staff – RN’s 5 Type of staff : Day Shift – Night Shift – X Patient Ratios – 5-1, 6-1 Type of equipment – heart monitors, Alaris pumps, feeding pumps, SCD’s, posey alarms EMR - Epic Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for :   Must have :   candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.   Please include required cert ifications. Telemetry trained, BLS, IN RN license   Preferred or nice to have :   candidates with these skills will be considered first. Epic trained List typical procedures performed on unit(s) :   dialysis by Fresenius , NG tube insertion, Foley catheters, IV’s caring for drains, colostomy’s, wound care and head to toe skin assessments. care for patients in isolation wearing appropriate PPE , Best personality Fit :   Franciscan Values, team player. Dress Code : Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. Scrub Color -   Navy Blue   No hoodies, tattoos must be covered, no facial jewelry, cell phones must be tucked away in purse or locker.
