Freelance Sweater Design Specialist

As we expand our creative team, we are excited to find a talented Freelance Sweater Design Specialist with a strong technical background and contemporary design aesthetic. In this role, you will be responsible for the complete design process of sweaters, from the initial concept to the final technical specifications, ensuring that all designs are both visually appealing and production-ready.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop seasonal sweater concepts that resonate with brand direction and target customer through thorough trend research.
• Create unique sweater designs, including detailed flat sketches, colorways, and inspiring mood boards.
• Build and maintain comprehensive tech packs that feature stitch diagrams, yarn details, and fit specifications for our development and production teams.
• Collaborate closely with technical designers, production teams, and factories to guarantee the feasibility of designs from cost and construction perspectives.
