Responsibilities
The IT Infrastructure Supervisor is responsible for management of the IT Infrastructure Division business functions, technical functions and the resources assigned to the Information Technology Architecture and Network Teams. This includes design, set up, governance, and escalated technical support for CAP's Cloud and On Premises Environments, Windows Servers, Workstations, and M365 Applications, MDM, VPN, MFA, Networks, Firewalls, Telephone and Conference Room Equipment, as well as Information Security Monitoring and Alerts. Qualifications
The successful candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field plus six (6) years of experience in information technology including at least five (5) years of experience as a senior administrator, engineer, architect or supervisor coordinating technical personnel and resources. OR, a High School diploma or equivalent with ten (10) years of experience in information technology including five (5) years as a senior administrator, engineer, architect or supervisor coordinating technical personnel and resources. Must have excellent analytical ability in applying information technology in a wide variety of disciplines and environments, detailed working knowledge and experience with those systems in your area of responsibility as defined above, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrated ability to relate technical concepts to persons at all levels of an organization. Have the ability to develop and implement performance standards, measures, and accomplishments and excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, team collaboration, and customer service skills. The following certifications are desirable : Current Microsoft Certifications, Current Cisco Certifications, Current Support Process Certifications.
