Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Medical Assistant located in Williamsburg and Newport News, VA. The Certified Medical Assistant will be responsible for assisting medical professionals with patient care, managing medical records, and maintaining medical office operations. Day-to-day tasks include taking patient histories, preparing patients for examinations, and assisting with office administrative tasks related to patient care.

Qualifications

• Medical Assisting and Medical Terminology skills
• Experience with Medical Office operations and Medical Records management
• Strong Patient Care skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant certification required
• Previous experience in a medical office setting is a plus
