About the Department

The Global Shareholder Services team delivers essential support to Franklin Templeton's clients and advisors. Client Representatives within our in-bound Call Center focus on service excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation. Team members collaborate in a dynamic environment, leveraging industry-leading tools and each other's strengths. Experience, Education & Certifications

Experience in client or customer service.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Strong computer and internet navigation skills.

Willingness to learn new systems.

Excellent communication skills.

Attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize and multitask.

Work Schedule & Location

Standard hours : MondayFriday, 8am5pm ET during training.

Flexible remote schedule available after training (MondayFriday, 8am8pm ET).

No weekends required.

Tentative start date : December 22, 2025.

We expect the annual salary for this position to range between $40,000.00 - $44,000.00, depending on location and level of relevant experience, plus discretionary bonus.
