Job description

A company is looking for a Growth Partnerships Lead to drive growth and customer acquisition through an affiliate program.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies for the affiliate program to drive new funded wallets and traders

Identify and recruit high-quality affiliate partners, including content creators and influencers

Build and maintain relationships with top-tier affiliates, providing support and incentives to maximize performance

Required Qualifications

5-7+ years of experience in affiliate marketing for consumer fintech businesses

Proven track record of developing and launching global affiliate marketing programs

Deep understanding of the affiliate partnership ecosystem in crypto

Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Data teams

Passion for crypto, web3, and decentralized finance or willingness to learn
