Commercial Attorney (Biotech / Pharmaceutical Experience)

The Position

A well‑known biotechnology company is seeking an experienced commercial attorney to support overflow work. This role will provide critical support during a high‑volume contracting period and offers the opportunity to partner directly with a seasoned legal team working at the intersection of patient access, commercialization, and distribution.

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of commercial agreements, including market access agreements, specialty pharmacy and distribution agreements, and patient services agreements.

The ideal candidate will bring prior experience supporting a biotech or pharmaceutical company on commercial agreements, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining close communication with in‑house counsel.

Targeting an ASAP start date, for an estimated 5‑month duration, 10‑15 hours per week, fully remote but must be able to support Pacific Time business hours.

The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $105 and $120. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
