Job descriptionBachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field 2+ years of experience in sourcing, negotiation, and procurement Proficiency in SAP and familiarity with sales processes is a plus Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A role with direct impact on cost optimization and supplier strategy Opportunities to lead high-visibility sourcing projects and influence business outcomes A collaborative environment that values innovation and strategic thinking Professional development and exposure to global supply chain operations
We are looking for a Sourcing Manager to work for our client. This role is responsible for developing strategic sourcing initiatives, optimizing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective procurement aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies that align with organizational goals
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Lead procurement efforts for new and existing products, ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Analyze product profitability, monitor supplier performance, and negotiate favorable terms
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, marketing, and operations to identify sourcing needs and support cross-functional initiatives
