• Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and other HR-related events.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations related to HR metrics and activities.
• Provide support during audits and ensure all HR documentation meets regulatory standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within HR operations.
