Responsibilities :
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new team members, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Perform data entry tasks to update HR systems and databases with employee information.
- Assist in managing employee relations by addressing inquiries and providing necessary support.
- Conduct background checks and verify employment eligibility for new team members.
- Support daily administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Provide assistance in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor and update HRIS systems to ensure data integrity.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions and concerns.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and basic data entry.
- Strong knowledge of onboarding practices and employee relations.
- Familiarity with conducting background checks and maintaining personnel files.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently.
