Supplemental Health Care is hiring Occupational Therapists with previous OASIS experience for home health contracts in Pueblo, Colorado and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications :

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Colorado
• CPR Certified or ability to obtain
• Previous OASIS experience
• Previous experience with Computer Charting6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation
