Property Claims Adjuster
We're looking for a Property Claims Adjuster to independently manage complex CL & PL property claims from investigation through resolution. This role involves evaluating coverage, assessing liability and damages, estimating damages, negotiating settlements, and mentoring team members while ensuring exceptional customer service and compliance with audit standards.
This is a fully remote / work from home role where you will spend 50% of your time in the field, servicing the Davenport / Iowa City territory. On occasion you may be asked to travel to an office location for in-person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and corporate events.
We're seeking an experienced Property Claims Adjuster to manage complex CL & PL property claims files with minimal supervision. In this role, you'll investigate coverage, assess liability and damages, estimating damages, and negotiating settlements. You'll actively manage files, maintain proper reserves, present claims to committees, and mentor team membersall while delivering exceptional customer service and meeting audit standards.

This role offers the use of a company car for business purposes. Candidates must maintain a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record to be considered.
Salary range for this position is $67,055 - $90,200. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge / skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. Compensation decisions are made by West Bend and are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
