West Regional Sales Manager

As we grow, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales performance across multiple markets. This role reports to the Regional Vice President of Operations and is responsible for membership growth, retail sales performance, and fleet / B2B development.

As a Regional Sales Manager at GO Car Wash, you will focus on two key areas : Sales Excellence & Field Leadership and Fleet & B2B Growth.
Sales Excellence & Field Leadership
- Lead sales execution across assigned markets to achieve capture rate, churn, and net membership growth targets.
- Partner with Operations leadership to build a consistent, high-energy sales culture across all sites.
- Spend hands-on time at pay stations during site visits, actively selling and modeling effective membership conversations and customer engagement behaviors.
- Train and coach Site and District Leaders to improve team-level sales capability and performance consistency.
- Implement and monitor promotions, incentives, and pricing programs that drive results.
Fleet & B2B Growth
Identify, pursue, and expand fleet and local business-to-business partnerships.Support District and Site Leaders in prospecting, pitching, and managing fleet accounts.Partner with Marketing to promote fleet programs and drive regional commercial growth.Track fleet pipelines and report on performance metrics across markets.For you to be successful, we're looking for :
7+ years of progressive sales experience, including experience in a multi-site leadership role.Proven success driving results in a membership, subscription, or recurring-revenue model.Strong B2B and fleet sales background; experience managing regional or enterprise accounts preferred.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and coaching skills.Ability to travel 7080% of the time across assigned markets. (Oregon, California, Nevada, Austin, San Antonio, Corpus Christi, and Rio Grande Valley)Hands-on leadership style : you enjoy being in the field, engaging customers, and setting the pace for your team.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to turn data into action.Excellent time-management and prioritization skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems.Flexible, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Compensation
