Assistant Project Manager (Fast Track To PM)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our team and support the successful delivery of projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to maintaining high standards in quality, safety, and technical execution.

Responsibilities :

• Assist with project planning, coordination, and execution across all phases.
• Ensure designs meet technical standards and compliance requirements.
• Help manage subcontractors and monitor their progress and deliverables.
• Oversee project documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Support the project manager in maintaining quality, safety, and schedule adherence.

This is a contract to hire position based out of Lake County, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $48.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
