As Director of SaaS Innovation, you will be the strategic driver of SaaS sales and innovation across the Mid-Atlantic region and Federal Government accounts. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll shape go-to-market strategies, collaborate cross-functionally, and directly impact success of the business.

What you'll do :

• Lead sales efforts for all SaaS products across the Mid-Atlantic region (VA, DC, WV, MD, DE, NC, SC) and Federal Government accounts nation-wide.
• Partner with Regional Sales Managers and Account Executives to support field sales and optimize product positioning.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors and VPs on strategic accounts and growth initiatives.
• Serve as a conduit between Product Management and the field, channeling customer feedback to inform product development.
• Deliver compelling presentations and webinars to prospects and clients both in person and virtually.
• Work closely with the VP of SaaS Marketing to co-create campaigns, conference content, and marketing strategies.
• Cultivate and expand key customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Contribute to pricing strategy, including volume discounts and contract terms.
