About the Role
We are looking for an accomplished Strategic Sales Director to spearhead growth for our 2600Hz business solution. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record and strong relationships across the Service Provider and Telecom Carrier ecosystem. In this role, you will shape and execute sales strategies that deepen engagement with Service Providers, lead key partner accounts, and leverage your industry network to accelerate revenue growth and strengthen customer retention.
What You'll Do
Utilize existing relationships to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market opportunities to inform sales strategies.
Utilize existing relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders within the Service Provider and Telecom Carrier sectors to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, sales reports, and other relevant metrics to measure performance and inform decision-making.
Ensure a customer-centric approach in all sales activities, focusing on delivering value and solving customer challenges.
