We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Preconstruction Manager to lead preconstruction activities across a diverse range of commercial projects. The ideal candidate will bring extensive estimating expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. This individual will play a key role in setting projects up for success by ensuring accurate budgets, competitive pricing, and professional client-facing proposals.

• Lead and manage all preconstruction activities from project inception to handoff.
• Prepare detailed estimates, budgets, and cost analyses for projects up to $50M.
• Develop subcontractor and supplier relationships; solicit and evaluate pricing proposals.
• Create, review, and present professional proposal packages for clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transition from preconstruction to operations.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and industry developments to maintain competitive advantage.
