Desktop Support Technician

Our client is currently seeking a qualified Desktop Support Technician to join their team onsite in Linwood, PA and provide end-user support.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Provide desktop support in Windows 10 & 11 environment, Client and Lenovo machines
• Provide first / second level contact and problem resolution
• Perform hardware repairs on laptops
• Image / reimage laptops
• Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows 7, Windows 10, Microsoft Office 2010, and other authorized desktop applications
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot for printers / computer hardware
• Perform general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, and printers
• Perform remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and any other authorized peripheral equipment
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity and workstation hardware / software

Skills and Qualifications :

Wage Range :

The rate for this position is between $23.25 - $34.10 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
