A base salary to support your business growth of up to $55,000 / year.Commissions for projected earnings of $65,000 - $120,000 dollars at plan.Doubled commissions on self-discovered business leads.Company Generated Leads (and we encourage you to find your own.)Full benefits, PTO, Sick, 401k matching, etc.American Solar and Roofing is fortunate to see a 50% customer return rate for new business and is designated an “Essential Service.”
The position will require on-site roof inspections, proposal development, proposal presentation, follow-up communications, contract processing, and accurate record keeping.
Responsibilities :
Perform multiple home presentations per day, as scheduled by AS&R’s Inside Sales TeamFollow-up with quoted prospects per AS&R’s Service Level AgreementMaintain thorough records of all interactions with prospective clients within SalesforceComplete required paperwork after a sale is completeQualifications – Required
Education : Minimum of a High School diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.Experience : Past sales experience, preferably technical sales.Other : Candidate must have a valid Arizona driver’s license and a clean driving record.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Willing to learn, employ and abide by AS&R’s sales techniques.Willing to work in close coordination with Sales and Marketing Team.Must be competitive and persistent to the extent of achieving performance goals and the desire to get better at his / her role, but not competitive at the expense of AS&R.Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent reading comprehension skills are required.Strong computer skills are required, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products.Excellent organizational skills along with the ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities and the ability to work within time constraints are required.Must be able to work effectively, patiently and pleasantly with other staff, customers and the general public.A well spoken, confident, articulate and genuine personality that will represent AS&R professionally and proudly is required.Must be punctual and willing to notify customer when running late for appointments.Must be enthusiastic and positive with prospective and current customers.Disclaimer : The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position.
