We are seeking a bright, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our growing Implementation team. As a Technical Implementation Analyst, you'll collaborate with Filing Compliance Analysts, Insurance Product Managers and Engineers, with an ultimate goal of delivering best-in-class products to small businesses nationwide. If you enjoy playing an instrumental role in the product launch process and helping the organization scale while growing with it, this may be the role for you!

What You'll Do :

• Own the implementation of forms and rate changes for our Insurance products. Gather business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Create test plans, execute test cases, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Manage the implementation project timeline, tasks, and deliverables while working closely with cross-functional team members who are located in different time zones.
• Help to continue to improve and streamline implementation processes and deliverables.

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including, without limitation, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. NEXT employees are eligible for our benefits package, consisting of our partially subsidized medical plan, fully subsidized vision / dental options, life insurance, disability insurance, 401(k), flexible paid time off, parental leave and more.

US annual base salary range for this full-time position :

$80,000—$105,000 USD
